Namaste Acres

Are you looking for a peaceful place to get away?  We are a small three room B&B located in the village of Leipers Fork. Each of our rooms has its own private entrance and private bath.  We serve a full breakfast each morning at 9:00.

We are 15-20 minutes from downtown Franklin and 40 minutes from Nashville.  YOu can access the hiking and horseback riding trails of the Natchez Trace from our property.  We offer overnight horsestabling for our guests.  Children welcome.

Our current rates are $170 a night for one night and $155 a night for two or more nights, based on double occupancy.  Each additional guest is $15 per night.  Children under 12 stay free.  Rates are subject to change without notice.
