Spinach Madelaine

2 10oz. pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. chopped onion
2 Tbs. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. celery salt
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
6-8 oz. hot pepper cheese, cubed
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
In saucepan, saute onion in melted butter until soft. Add flour, stirring until blended and smooth. Gradually add milk and broth, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook, stirring until smooth and thick; add seasonings, cheese & Worchestershire sauce; stir until cheese is melted. Add well-drained spinach. Put into greased casserole & bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes.
