Taking a vacation without the family dog is unthinkable for some folks, which can make travel challenging. Many of our innkeepers are sensitive to that fact, and have opened their businesses to pets. Hike the Great Smoky Mountains with your dog by your side in the eastern part of the state, or throw a stick for him in the Mississippi River in the west. Roam through 500 acres of pastoral rolling hills in the central part of the state with your trusted companion by your side, or visit a variety of city parks.
Below is a list of pet friendly inns in Tennessee. Scroll through them to find one that is right for you; and next time you vacation in Tennessee, bring your faithful family friend with you.

Creekwalk Inn and Cabins at Whisperwood FarmPhone: 423-487-4000Toll Free: 423-487-4000 We have hiker cabins off the farm for our pet friendly areas with a hiking trail to the Little Pigeon River. Great hideaway...sorry, not on the farm as we have Australian shepherds who think they own the place! They stay outdoors, though, so no fear of allergies. No pet fee at our hot tub cabins and you can leave Rover at the cabin in a crate and even come down to breakfast if you like!
